Zuzanna has worked for Cushman & Wakefield for nine years. She has built a strong regional team in Łódź and Poznań, and is also responsible for business development in other Central Poland markets. Zuzanna represents both tenants and landlords, and her portfolio of clients includes Infosys, Takeda, Miele, Newell Brands, Kuehne Nagel, Raben, Franklin Templeton and Bank Citi Handlowy. She completed postgraduate HR Management studies at the Łódź University of Technology, and is a graduate of the University of Łódź Faculty of International and Political Studies.

Dobrawa Gawęcka – started her banking career in 2001 in the United States. Joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 as an Underwriting Manager in Credit Risk Department in Dallas, TX and in 2019 relocated to Poland assuming the role of Treasury Chief Investment Office Warsaw hub lead, buidling the team up from scratch. In Sept 2024 Dobrawa became the Warsaw Site Lead for J.P. Morgan Warsaw location of 1400 employees. Dobrawa’s hobbies include watching and playing sports, traveling, history, classic Hollywood movies but most of all, she loves spending time with her 2.5-year old son, Konrad.

Licensed civil engineer (Warsaw University of Technology) and economist – finance management (same place). One of the pioneers in Poland within Corporate Governance and Investors Relations dealing with the subject (PhD research) for ten years at Warsaw University, Faculty of Management. Experienced both in theory and practice – ran an own wholesale fuel trade firm for 10 years. As technician – started at Mostostal Płock – Market Research and Promotion Department taking up foreign affairs, visiting even such distant construction sites as Svalbard (coal mine) or Iceland (geothermal power plant).
Responsible for development at VINCI (Freyssinet) dealt with the biggest and most interesting project in Europe. Being a Head of Design Department at Royal Haskoning ran the projects of the same size, such as Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdańsk, Olsztyn incinerary plant or Baltic Sea offshore wind farms. Polish representative of NACO (Netherlands Airport Consultants – subsidiary of Royal Haskoning) for the offer of a master plan of CPK.
At present – Director at Dar Al-Handasah responsible for Europe, supervising the biggest project of that kind on the continent – Solidarity Transport Hub (CPK) as Master Civil Engineer. Involved in development of airports, power sector, offshore (wind and seaports), transport, hospitals or urban planning.

Rafał Szczap is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience spanning both large corporations and boutique investment firms. His expertise encompasses managing large teams, strategic investing, and launching new products in diverse markets.
Mr. Szczap has held executive positions in renowned companies such as Nokia, Xerox, Carlyle and DELL, where he was responsible for driving performance improvements and spearheading expansion efforts across Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, he has advised investment funds on strategic decisions regarding investments in technology and industrial sectors.
Currently, Rafał serves as the Managing Partner at Ockham, a boutique advisory firm, while also actively investing in high-growth technology companies across Europe and Asia.
Mr. Szczap holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious ESCP Business School in Paris and has a background in electronic engineering. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and webinars, sharing his insights on digital transformation in large organizations, market entry strategies, and emerging trends in technology investments.
